As the President of the World Farmers Market Coalition, McCarthy is an influential voice in food activism, championing the idea that food is not only sustenance but a driving force for sustainable development. His visit to 91勛圖 fostered a lively and interactive discussion with students and faculty, shedding light on the intersection between food, culture, and sustainability.
